Note:
This feature is currently in beta and available to all admin users who have access to both Influence and Social Media Management.
If your team utilizes Measure in the Social Media Management suite, you can track the performance of your Influence campaigns using the Influencer performance dashboard template in Measure. Get statistics and information for all your Influence campaigns created within a specified time period, including metrics such as Reach average, Engagements, Impressions, Engagement rate average, and Video views. This dashboard is available to Social Media Management Admins who have access to the Campaigns tool in Influence.
Using the Influencer Performance dashboard template in Measure
In Measure, click Create dashboard in the top-right corner.
Scroll down the list of dashboard templates and select Influencer Performance.
The Influencer campaign performance widget showcases the campaigns you have created within the specified period.
A campaign will display an Active badge if it is currently ongoing and its end date falls in the future.
The widget includes the following information and metrics:
- Total number of campaigns within the period
- Campaign name
- Campaign status
- Start and end dates of the campaign
- Influencer pages involved in the campaign
- Number of posts allocated to the campaign
- Reach average: Average number of unique accounts that have seen a post.
- Engagements: Total number of times someone interacted with the post. Engagements include actions such as likes, dislikes, comments, shares or saves
- Impressions: Total number of times the post has been seen.
- Engagement rate average: Post Engagements divided by Post Impressions on average per post.
- Video views: Sum of all video views (excluding Reels views from Instagram) across platforms, where available, for the selected date range. Note that video view definitions may vary across networks.
Note:
While this feature is in beta status, there are a few Measure features not yet available in the Influencer campaign performance widget:
- The dashboard is read-only and cannot be edited.
- The dashboard only contains one widget.
- The widget metrics cannot be edited.
- Only Social Media Management administrators can access the dashboard.
- Specific campaigns cannot be preselected during the creation phase, unlike the channels on other dashboards. The widget will return all campaigns created during the specified time period.
