Whether your campaign is currently active or has been completed, you can track your campaign's performance under the Report tab within your campaign.
The report offers a variety of metrics, including top-down metrics for your campaign as a whole and sorting options for more detailed performance metrics by influencer and social network.
Tip: Visit our article on Data and Metrics in Influencers and Campaigns for a full list of available campaign metrics.
Navigating your campaign report
Once you are in the Report tab of your campaign, you can view metrics related to your campaign and its influencers.
Filters
The top navigation bar of the report offers filters by networks and influencers. You can select or deselect the networks of your choice and select individual influencers in the dropdown to filter by.
Key performance metrics
The next section of the report offers some common key performance metrics to gauge the success of your campaign:
Post
Earned media value (EMV)
Engagements
Impressions/post views
Reach
Likes
Reels views
Video views
Watch time (minutes)
Top influencers
The Top influencers section reports on the top six influencers in your campaign based on the metric you select in the Sort by dropdown. This data is available as both a tile list and a bar chart. You can sort your top influencers by:
Engagements
Earned media value (EMV)
Post views/impressions
Reels views
Video views
Volume over time
The Volume Over Time section offers a line chart and a donut chart. You can choose to select what metric you would like to sort the chart by, and sort by network (platform) or influencers.
The Volume over time chart can sort by:
Engagements
Post views/impressions
Earned media value (EMV)
Reels views
Video views
Watch time minutes
Mousing over a point in the chart or a section of the donut will isolate data for that section.
Engagement deep dive
The Engagement deep dive section shows influencer data by posts and engagement metrics. Clicking on a column will sort the metric by highest or lowest.
Content performance
The Content performance section shows the top-performing posts in your campaign based on different performance metrics. Clicking on a column will sort the metric by highest or lowest.
Top posts
The Top posts section displays the 10 top-performing posts of your campaign. You can sort your top posts by several metrics:
Engagements
Earned media value (EMV)
Post views/impressions
Reel views
Video views
Platform deep dive
The Platform deep dive section shows your campaign performance by social media network based on several engagement metrics. Clicking on a column will sort the metric by highest or lowest.
Audience demographic and location
The Audience demographic and location charts include a bar chart and map chart showing data on your campaign audience age ranges, genders, and locations in the world. You can use the network filters at the top of each chart to sort the data by network.
Note: The global network filter selected at the top of the campaign report does not apply to Audience demographic and location because audience data is not available on the post-level for many networks.
Sales and cost-related metrics
The sales and cost-related metrics offer data on sales metrics such as ROI, CPM, CPE, etc.
Note: For sales and cost metrics to display in this section, you will need to input your campaign sales revenue manually as well as input influencer post rates within the campaign.
Shopify metrics
If you have connected a Shopify account to Influence, the bottom of the campaign report will display metrics for Shopify analytics, Shopify customer geography, Shopify products, and Shopify influencer performance.
Exporting your campaign report
