Deprecation of TikTok Metrics in Influence

Learn about deprecated channel-level metrics in Influence CRM for authenticated TikTok accounts.

This year, TikTok migrated from the TikTok Creator Marketplace API to the TikTok One API, a change that impacted multiple processes in Influence. In the new API, certain channel-level TikTok metrics for authenticated TikTok accounts are not supported and as a result will no longer be supported in the Influence CRM as of December 2025.

Deprecated channel-level metrics for authenticated TikTok accounts

Please be aware that as of December 15, 2025, the following TikTok channel-level metrics for authenticated accounts will no longer be available in the Influence CRM:

  • Followers Growth metric

  • Completion Rate metric

  • Is Negotiable metric

  • Sponsored Video Metrics section

    Note: Metrics on sponsored posts will still be available in Influence Campaigns.

  • Post Topics section

  • Top Audience Cities chart
