Product Updates: July 2026

Snapchat

Discover now supports Snapchat, making it easier to find, analyze, and evaluate Snapchat creators alongside other supported social platforms. You can use platform-specific filters, including creator location, category, Snap Star status, audience demographics, followers, Spotlight Views, and more.

Once you've identified a creator, you can generate a Snapchat creator report with audience insights, content performance, and Snapchat-specific metrics such as Story Reach, Spotlight Reach, Lens Reach, Story Average View Time, Spotlight View Time, Favorites, Shares, Replies, and Screenshots.

Note: Most Snapchat performance metrics are available for creators who share their Snapchat Insights. You can filter specifically for these creators within Discover.

✔️ Snapchat is one of the leading platforms for reaching younger and highly engaged audiences. By adding Snapchat to Discover, you can identify relevant creators, understand their audiences, and evaluate partnership opportunities for your campaigns.

Expanded Language Support (Beta)

Influence now supports Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Japanese, enabling you to navigate the platform in your preferred language across the Influence experience. This makes it easier for global teams to manage influencer campaigns and collaborate in their native language.

You can update your language by navigating to Settings → Organization admin → My Profile.

Please note: As this is an open beta, you may still encounter some translation inconsistencies. If you notice any issues, we'd love to hear your feedback using our feedback form.

✔️ Expanded language support helps global teams collaborate more effectively in Influence by enabling them to use the platform in their preferred language.

Manage up to 300 influencers in a campaign

You can now add up to 300 influencers to a single campaign, which is a double of the previous limit of 150. This allows you to manage more creators in one place, without needing to split large activations across multiple campaigns.

✔️ Keep creator management, communication, and reporting together in a single campaign, reducing administrative work and making it easier to scale influencer programs.

Download Discover reports directly to your device

You can now download Discover reports directly to your device. Previously, reports could only be exported via email. Now, when exporting a report, simply select Download from the Export menu to save it instantly. If you prefer, you can still send reports to the email address associated with your account.

✔️ Downloading reports directly gives you immediate access to creator insights, making it faster and easier to review, share, and present reports without waiting for an email.

Export Campaign Reports as PDFs

You can now export Campaign Reports as formatted PDF documents. The new PDF export mirrors the look and structure of your Campaign Report, including the widgets and metrics you've chosen to display. When exporting from the Report tab, any report filters and selected reporting period will also be reflected in the exported file, making it easy to share exactly the insights you're viewing.

As part of this update, exports to Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides have been retired in favour of a more consistent PDF reporting experience.

✔️ Share polished, presentation-ready campaign reports that closely match what you see in Influence, making it easier to communicate performance with clients and stakeholders.
