Product Updates: June 2026

Campaign Reports: Customize, Save, and Reuse Report Layouts

Campaign Reports are now more flexible, making it easier to create consistent reports and save time. Customize your report layout by moving, resizing, adding, or removing widgets in Edit mode, then save your layout so it's ready the next time you open the report. You can also save layouts as reusable templates and apply them across campaign reports to standardize reporting. Templates can be updated at any time, helping your reports stay consistent as your needs evolve.

Additional options let you reset a report to the default layout, restore removed widgets, or exit Edit mode without saving your changes. The default template is always available and cannot be deleted.

Campaigns: EMV and Engagement Rate Added to Post Summary Exports

You can now export Earned Media Value (EMV) and Engagement Rate at the individual post level from your Campaign Post Summary export. Previously, Campaign Reports displayed total EMV for an entire campaign, but it wasn't possible to see how that value was distributed across individual posts. With this update, you can identify which posts contributed the most value and compare post performance in greater detail.

This update helps you to:

  • Understand which individual posts generated the highest EMV

  • Compare post-level engagement alongside campaign performance

  • Build more detailed reports with less manual work

  • Share clearer performance insights with clients and stakeholders

The exported file now includes EMV and Engagement Rate as additional columns for every post.

Go to any Campaign → Post Summary → Export. EMV and Engagement Rate will appear as columns in the downloaded file, one row per post.
